Witches and Witchcraft in the World Today: A View from Anthropology – Patrick Jung

Monday, October 19, 7:00-8:00 PM

Popular depictions of witches in movies such as The Wizard of Oz have shaped our perceptions of witches for almost a century. This presentation by MSOE Professor Patrick Jung examines the cultural forces that have shaped beliefs about witches and witchcraft across many societies throughout history. Just in time for Halloween!
