All programs are for tweens and teens in grades 6-12 unless otherwise stated.

Winter Reading Challenge

January 1-March 31

Book lovers of all ages can participate in our Winter Reading Challenge. Sign up and log your progress at greenfieldlibrary.beanstack.org or pick up a reading log at the Adult Reference Desk or Children’s Desk. Read at least 15 minutes a day, five days a week to earn an entry (one entry per week) into our grand prize drawing.

Tween Munch & Make [Ages 8-12]

Second Wednesday of the Month, 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM

Do you love snacks? Do you love crafts? Join us for Tween Munch & Make. All supplies will be provided. Registration required. Register online here.

Teen Volunteer Hours

First and Third Tuesday of the Month, 4:00-5:00 PM

Do you love the library? Do you need volunteer hours? Join us for Teen Volunteer Hours and help Daphne, the Teen Librarian, with some fun projects. Soda and snacks will be provided.

Teen Lego Club 

Fourth Wednesday of the Month, 6:30-8:00 PM
February 28, March 27, April 24, May 22

Technology + Imagination = Teen Lego Club. From building robots to creating stop-motion animation, you will experience Lego in a new and innovative way. This program is for teens of all skill levels—no previous building experience required.

Peeps-O-Rama: A Literary-Themed Peep Diorama Contest

Build a diorama using peeps candy and a shoe box depicting a scene from one of your favorite books. Drop off your diorama at the Reference Desk March 11-17. The dioramas will be on display in the library and on Facebook. People can vote in-person or online for their favorite in each age category March 18-24. Winners will be announced March 26.
