Holds Hub Locker

Our Holds Hub Locker is always open for 24/7 holds pickup.
 

• Select Greenfield Locker as your pickup location when placing holds using the CountyCat website or app.
• You will receive an email or text message when your items are ready to be picked up.
• Items will be available for pickup for 72 hours.
• The Holds Hub is located outside the library to the right of the main entrance.
• Lift the gray screen cover and select PATRON.
• Type in the five digit code or scan the QR code in your email or text message.
• The locker door will automatically pop open. Retrieve your items and close the door. Items are already checked out to you.
• Items not picked up in the 72 hour timeframe will be checked in and your holds on these items will be canceled.
